Born in Amsterdam Holland & migrated with parents to Australia in 1957 & became a naturalized Australian in 1964.Entered real estate in June 1987 for Ray White Surfers Paradise. Awarded salesman of the year in 1988. Sold the first Gold Coast residential property over $1 million (1.125m) 1 Witt Ave Carrara in 1988. In Jan 1989 joined Ray White Southport as Commercial manager & agent. Awarded National Commercial Agent for Ray White in 1991 with sales of $18 million. Have sold every category of commercial & industrial from Cairns to Ballina. Over $200m in sales & commenced my own business as principal of Raine & Horne Commercial in Southport in 1997.
